SEO Speaker
SEO & GEO Speaker: Your customers have started searching somewhere else
A growing share of searches that used to end on Google now end on ChatGPT, on Gemini, or in an AI summary nobody clicks through. I give talks so your team understands what's changing, what it means for the business, and what can actually be done about it.

This isn't a talk about SEO. It's a talk about disappearing.
For twenty years the question was "how do I rank first on Google". The question in 2026 is different: when someone asks an AI who can solve their problem, does your company show up in the answer?
The difference isn't technical, it's business. A results page has ten slots. A generated answer has three names, or two, or one. And the user no longer compares: they accept.
This doesn't only happen to companies that sell online. It happens to the industrial manufacturer whose client asks ChatGPT for three approved suppliers. To the clinic that does or doesn't show up in the recommendation. To the consultancy that's been ranking for years and sees traffic drop without losing a single position.
Every talk leaves the room with three things clear
- · What's really changing and what's just LinkedIn noise
- · How to check, that same week, whether your company shows up in AI answers or not
- · What depends on you, what depends on third parties, and where to start
Three talks, three audiences
Your customers aren't searching on Google anymore
A talk on how generative AI has changed the way customers find companies, and why most businesses haven't caught up yet. No jargon, with real examples from different industries: manufacturing, healthcare, professional services and local commerce. We come out understanding what GEO is, how it's similar to and different from traditional SEO, and the three decisions leadership needs to make in the next twelve months. This is the talk that works when the room has very different profiles and not everyone comes from marketing.
SEO in the age of AI: what's changed and what hasn't
Many of the practices that worked in 2020 don't move the needle today, and some move it in the wrong direction. We cover what's still valid — search intent, architecture, authority — what's stopped working, and what's new: how a recognizable entity is built, why citations matter more than links in certain contexts, and how visibility is measured when the click no longer exists. With data from real projects and my own mistakes included.
Workshop: how to show up in ChatGPT
Hands-on format. Each attendee audits the visibility of their own company — or an assigned case — on Google, ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity, and leaves with a written diagnosis and a prioritized action list. We work with attendees' real websites, not textbook examples. It's the format that works best when a company already knows it has a problem and wants to start solving it, not just understanding it.

How I can take part
| Format | Duration | Fits |
|---|---|---|
| Keynote | 45–60 min | Conventions, congresses, industry days |
| Talk + Q&A | 60–75 min | Associations, chambers, clusters |
| Hands-on workshop | 2–3 h | In-company training, business schools |
| Panel / moderation | Variable | Multi-speaker events |
| Online session | 30–60 min | Webinars, distributed training |
Languages: Spanish, Catalan and English. Coverage: all of Spain. I travel without technical requirements: no projector, mic or specific equipment needed — the organizer provides it if they have it, and if not, the talk adapts to the space.
Where I fit well (and where I don't)
I fit well at:
- · Company conventions and kick-offs
- · Chambers of commerce, trade associations and industry groups
- · Industrial clusters and B2B events
- · Business schools and executive training
- · Marketing events and industry congresses
I'm not the right fit if you're looking for: a generic motivational talk, a personal success story, or a talk about digital transformation in the abstract. This is a specific topic with specific implications.
What my talks are like
Why me and not any other SEO speaker
I've been doing SEO since 2017 and today I run La Policía del SEO, an SEO and GEO agency. I've worked on more than 30 projects across 19 industries: manufacturing, healthcare, ecommerce, education, public sector and local businesses.
I don't talk about AI as an observer. I work every week with companies watching their traffic drop who need to understand why. What I tell audiences on stage is what I see in the projects: what works, what's stopped working, and what we still don't know.
Before this I co-founded a couple of ventures. One of them, an affiliate marketing agency with national reach.

Frequently asked questions
- How much does it cost to book you as a speaker?
- Write to me with the event details and we'll discuss it.
- Do you adapt the content to my industry?
- Yes, always. Before the event I ask for context about the audience and prepare industry-specific examples. A talk about search for a manufacturer and for a clinic can't use the same cases.
- What languages do you speak?
- Spanish, Catalan and English.
- Do you travel outside Barcelona?
- Yes, anywhere in Spain. Outside Catalonia, travel and accommodation are added to the budget.
- Does the audience need to know marketing?
- For talks 1 and 3, no. They're designed for mixed audiences. Talk 2 does assume digital marketing knowledge.
- Do you record, or allow recording?
- Yes, no problem. I just ask for a copy of the material to publish as well.
- How far in advance do I need to book?
- A week is usually enough.
- What's the difference between SEO and GEO?
- SEO aims to rank in a list of results. GEO — Generative Engine Optimization — aims to get your company cited inside the answer an AI generates. They don't replace each other: the second builds on the first and adds new layers.
Organizing an event?
Tell me what the event is, who'll be in the room, and what you want them to walk away with. I'll reply within 24–48 h with a proposed approach, even if it turns out not to be a fit.
