My name is Albert Juera Gros. I've worked in SEO since 2017, mostly on organic ranking in Google and in AI answer engines. This site brings together my career, my ideas, my talks, and my reflections.
Background
How I got here
I started in SEO in 2017 and haven't left the field since.
Along the way I've cofounded several projects, and not all of them worked out. Programa Desde Cero (PD0) was a Python programming academy: commercially it didn't work, but it left me the most useful lesson I have. Building a first online store and an online academy teaches you first-hand how hard it is to get someone to buy from you.
I'm also a cofounder of Alsobre.
In 2024 I co-founded MuySEO, an agency where I worked on technical SEO, content, authority, and local and international search. In 2026 I began a new professional chapter with La Policía del SEO, my current SEO, GEO, Google Ads, and web design project for businesses.
This site isn't a services showcase: here I share how I think, not what I sell.

I don't have a formula. I have judgement built over years, experiments, and plenty of mistakes.
Technical SEO
Get the foundations right: crawling, indexing, and performance before shortcuts.
Content SEO
Content that answers a real intent, not filler to take up space.
GEO
Generative Engine Optimization: ranking in generative AI engines.
Personal branding
A brand sustains ranking over the long term; it isn't decoration.
Strategy
Deciding what not to do usually matters more than the task list.

I take part in talks and conference sessions about real experiences, learning, entrepreneurship, SEO, personal branding, and strategic thinking.
Interests
Outside work
I'm interested in macroeconomics and geopolitics: I read, follow what's happening, and think about it, and sometimes I write down what I'm figuring out. It's an intellectual interest, not my profession. I'm not an economist or a financial analyst, and you won't find advice here.
